Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our global Technology team. This role will report directly to the Functional Manager and will be responsible for managing and delivering approved projects, working closely with global stakeholders and vendors across multiple regions.

The Project Manager will play a key role in driving project delivery end‑to‑end, ensuring strong governance, clear communication, and successful outcomes across a diverse, global environment.

Lead and deliver global technology projects from initiation through execution and closure, ensuring scope, milestones, and deliverables are met
Manage multiple projects in parallel, coordinating stakeholders, resources, and vendors across regions
Drive project governance, documentation, and planning, including project records, plans, collaboration sites, and reporting
Act as a proactive leader within each project, asking the right questions, keeping teams aligned, and preventing delays
Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders at different levels and across time zones

What will help you succeed in this role

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Project Management roles
Experience working with project management tools such as ServiceNow, Planview (Planet Premium), JIRA, Confluence, Workday, or similar platforms
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and vendors effectively
Experience working with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and release management
Proven ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and deliver clear presentations
A proactive mindset, with the confidence to drive projects forward and escalate risks when needed
Advanced English level (mandatory)
