 Your role

• Own and drive the development and lifecycle of CMCheck-RE and CMC CT-Check  
• Identify customer needs and translate them into clear product requirements in close collaboration with R&D  
• Expand the solution globally with a focus on key international markets and effective go-to-market strategies  
• Contribute to global marketing and sales activities, while supporting sales teams, training, and key customers  
• Ensure alignment with relevant standards, regulations, and industry requirements, including collaboration with external partners such as grid operators and regulators  

• Continuously improve product quality, efficiency, usability, and testing processes 

What makes you a great fit

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or experience in the power systems / renewable energy industry
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong drive to turn ideas into action and a collaborative team-player attitude  
• Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into simple, effective solutions  
• Interest in business strategy and marketing, combined with strong presentation, decision-making, and communication skills  
• Fluent in English (C1) and German (B2)  

• Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
