We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Value Management leader to join our team and lead data-driven, optimized, more effective pricing, promotion and assortment decisions across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. This is a strategic regional role with strong visibility and impact across Sales, Marketing and Leadership teams. You will help shape commercial strategy, identify growth opportunities and drive profitable decision-making across multiple markets. Role overview
- Lead pricing, promotion and assortment optimisation across the Baltic markets
- Identify commercial growth opportunities through market analysis, customer insights and business performance data
- Develop pricing recommendations and support annual price increase processes across countries
- Build promotion frameworks, investment guidelines and ROI improvement initiatives
- Drive assortment and portfolio optimization, including mix improvement, delisting opportunities and innovation input
- Identify, evaluate and implement pricing, promotion and assortment tools, partnering with commercial teams to embed them into day‑to‑day decision‑making
- Partner closely with Sales teams across the Baltics to create strong commercial plans and sell-in stories
- Quantify financial impact of initiatives and track performance through clear KPIs
- Ensure best practice sharing and alignment across Baltic market
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams
You will be a perfect fit for this role, if you possess
- 3+ years of experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or consumer goods commercial roles
- Experience in Revenue Growth Management, Category Management, Commercial Excellence or Sales Development
- Strong understanding of pricing, promotions and assortment levers
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to convert data into commercial actions
- Experience working in a regional / multi-market environment is a strong advantage
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across countries and functions
- Fluency in English and in your local language
