What you’ll do

You will work in technically demanding environments where your expertise actually moves the needle. Whether you are a solo expert or part of a cross-functional Wave team, you’ll be solving business-critical challenges for industry leaders.

You’ll have the opportunity to work across a wide range of industries, from developing weather and environmental intelligence and building the future of clean energy, to creating world-class mobile gaming experiences, pioneering Deep Tech in quantum computing, and optimizing large-scale retail and logistics supply chains.

• Software Engineering: Full-stack, Frontend, and Backend development
• AI & Data Science: Implementing cutting-edge AI solutions and data-driven architectures.
• DevOps & Cloud: Building scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure.
• Cyber Security: Ensuring resilience and integrity in mission-critical environments.
• Quality Assurance: High-level test automation and strategic QA.

What we expect from you

As a Senior professional at Wave, you are more than a coder; you are a consultant and a problem-solver.

• Deep Technical Mastery: A solid track record in modern software development, DevOps, or Cloud architecture.
• AI-Enhanced Engineering: An interest in or experience with integrating AI and LLMs into software solutions, and the ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate development and solve complex problems.
• Consultative Mindset: The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Senior Ownership: You take pride in code quality and architectural integrity.
