IT Business Analyst

We're working with the IT subsidiary of a leading European retail group, managing all IT aspects for a major supermarket chain and shopping centers across five countries. This organisation ensures a seamless shopping experience for millions of customers and optimises digital business processes behind the scenes.

The Role

• Plan, implement, and approve new features for web and mobile products to create engaging digital experiences
• Build and enhance backend services for international digitisation of product assortments
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into actionable technical concepts with clear acceptance criteria
• Support testing and releases, ensure quality standards, and assist in error analysis
• Take ownership of end-to-end implementation for assigned topics or EPICS, from requirements gathering to production and support
  
  

What You'll Need

• Experience with agile methodologies like Scrum and an information technology background
• Strong stakeholder management skills and data-driven decision-making based on KPIs
• Organisational talent and a structured approach to manage complex topics
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, clearly conveying complex information in both German and English
