Exsolvæ is a Brussels-based Data & AI consultancy. Our activity is structured around three main areas: Data Foundations, Data Science & AI, and BI & Analytics.

We build data systems that run in production for Belgian enterprises across finance, pharma, insurance, retail, and energy.

We're looking for a Data Analyst to deliver end-to-end data solutions with us.

What we look for?

• Analytical depth: you've owned data deliverables from brief to sign-off and can defend your design choices.
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Business sense: you understand what decision a report or analysis serves before building it.

The Role: You will design, build, and deliver data solutions for our clients across Belgium. Hands-on, end-to-end, in production environments.

What will you do?

• Translate business requirements into concrete data solutions, from scoping to delivery.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Qlik and Power BI.
• Write and optimise SQL queries and transformations in Snowflake.
• Work with dbt to structure and version data models.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to validate outputs and refine requirements.
• Flag data quality issues to the engineering team and drive resolution through proper channels.

The technical stack:

• Data platform: Snowflake.
• Transformation layer: SQL, dbt.
• BI & reporting: Qlik (primary), Power BI.
• Version control & deployment: GitLab, CI/CD.
• Languages: SQL (primary).

Profile & Experience:

3–8 years in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.

Languages:

Fluency in English and Dutch is required.

What makes you stand out?

• Qlik dashboards or Snowflake implementations you can point to.
• Experience with Snowflake & Dbt in a team setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior business stakeholders independently.
• A degree in data, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
