🚀 Nexeo is looking for a Back-End Java Developer (Spring Boot)

To support the development of a major digital transformation project in the public sector, we are looking for a Back-End Java Developer to join the SACHA program (Système d’Analyse Comptable Harmonisé en Agriculture).

SACHA is a strategic platform designed to modernize agricultural management accounting through advanced data collection, automated integrations, workflow management and business analytics. The solution will support farmers, public administrations and academic institutions by providing reliable financial and operational insights.

You will join an Agile team and contribute to the design, development and evolution of a large-scale application built on modern technologies including Java, Spring Boot, Angular and PostgreSQL.

Your role

As a Back-End Java Developer, you will:

• Design, develop and maintain robust back-end services using Java and Spring Boot.

• Participate in the implementation of APIs and integrations with external systems and databases.

• Contribute to the architecture and evolution of the SACHA platform.

• Develop business functionalities related to accounting management, stock management and workflow processing.

• Support data migration activities from existing Excel-based systems.

• Participate in the development of automated generation frameworks for database objects, views, pages and unit tests.

• Ensure application security, performance and scalability.

• Collaborate closely with business analysts, architects and front-end developers within an Agile environment.

• Contribute to CI/CD processes and DevSecOps best practices.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience as a Back-End Developer.

• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot development.

• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL databases and database design.

• Understanding of software architecture principles and enterprise application development.

• Experience with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD tools.

• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within Agile teams.

• Pragmatic, solution-oriented and results-driven mindset.
