Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager with 3-4 years of experience in managing technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget while coordinating cross-functional teams, including tech, data, web, BI, and DevOps. You will collaborate with stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction through regular updates and adaptive project plans. Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, technical project management tools, and a strong understanding of technologies like Python, Power BI, Azure, GCP, React, and Node.js is required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Team Coordination:
• Work closely with the tech team to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient task delegation.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, including Data, Web, BI, and DevOps.
• Delivery Management:
• Monitor project progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Implement best practices for Agile or Scrum methodologies to streamline development.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Handle client feedback, adapt plans as needed, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Resolve project-related issues promptly, minimizing impact on timelines or quality.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Evaluate project performance and identify opportunities to improve delivery processes.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in project management within a tech environment.
• Proven experience managing projects in technologies like Python, Power BI, Azure, GCP, React, and Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with cloud technologies (Azure, GCP).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical understanding of full-stack and DevOps workflows.
