Scrummaster

What you will do

In this role, you guide cross-functional IT teams through Agile delivery while keeping a clear view on planning, scope and stakeholders. You will:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Coach and support teams in applying Agile principles and continuously improving how they work.
• Identify and remove obstacles that slow down the team's progress.
• Manage project planning, scope, risks and budgets alongside the Agile process.
• Track and communicate progress, velocity and milestones to stakeholders and management.
• Act as the link between development teams, Product Owners and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate timelines and dependencies across multiple workstreams or projects.
• Support decision-making and conflict resolution within the team.
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability and continuous improvement.

Who you are

We look beyond the CV. For us, motivation and curiosity matter just as much as the technical box-ticking, but to thrive in this role, you'll likely recognise yourself in most of the following:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager or in a similar Agile delivery role within IT.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and traditional project management approaches.
• Certification such as PSM, CSM or PMP is a plus.
• Experience with project and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar).
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• A pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset, comfortable working with both business and technical teams.
• Fluency in Dutch, with proficiency in French as an advantage.
