Your Role

As a Senior Tech Lead / Project Manager, you will be a key driver of successful project delivery within our Digital Experience and Product Services team. In this role you will play a key role in:

• Leading and coordinating one or more agile squads, ensuring the successful delivery of project objectives within contractual obligations, timelines, and regulatory requirements, including GxP and pharma standards.
• Managing and prioritising project backlogs in Azure DevOps, maintaining clear project plans and communicating progress and status updates to all relevant stakeholders.
• Proactively identifying and managing risks, detecting potential issues early and implementing effective solutions to protect timelines, budgets, and business operations.
• Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships at all levels of the organisation, ensuring expectations are managed and satisfaction is maintained through consistent and thorough communication.
• Driving the adoption of Agile project management methodologies and best practices across squads, promoting a pragmatic and delivery-focused approach to scrum-based working.

Your Profile

We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Tech Lead / Project Manager who brings both technical understanding and strong delivery expertise. The ideal candidate will have:

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management, with a proven track record of delivering complex, custom-built technical solutions in dynamic environments, ideally using frameworks such as .NET and Angular
• Demonstrated experience working within GxP-regulated environments and the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong understanding of the associated compliance requirements
• Strong proficiency in Azure DevOps for backlog management, combined with hands-on experience with Microsoft Suite and other project management tooling
• Proven expertise in agile methodologies and techniques, with the ability to apply these pragmatically across cross-functional squads and multiple concurrent workstreams
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, and a genuine passion for sharing knowledge and best practices
