We are seeking a talented and motivated IT Specialist to support our IT Workplace Services team in providing efficient and effective IT solutions that enhance the employee experience. This position requires a keen understanding of IT systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff.

- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for hardware, software, and networking issues in a corporate environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues for employees, including desktops, laptops, thin clients, printers, mobile devices and network equipment
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of workplace technology, like workstations, network equipment, mobile devices, meeting room equipment and a lot more
- Collaborate with the team & IT teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance workplace services
- Maintain equipment and software inventory
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and user manuals
- Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and recommend improvements to workplace services
- Provide training and support to employees on IT tools and resources
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols relating to IT systems
- Coordinate 1st level IT ServiceDesk delivery by providing documentation and trainings
- Coordinate and cooperate with IT partners for task realization and problem solving
- College education or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience), or 2+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a workplace services or corporate environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, as well as common business applications and Microsoft/Office 365 products platform
- Desirable experience in Active Directory Services (DNS, DHCP, GPO) and Office 365 administration
- Familiarity with networking concepts like WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, VLAN and troubleshooting techniques
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and cooperate between different IT teams for solution finding
- Fluent knowledge of English and excellent Estonian verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service
- Knowledge of different types of scripting languages, such as PowerShell, for solving tasks is desirable
