Generative AI / Applied AI Engineer Opportunity!

Global Enterprise Partners is looking for a Generative AI / Applied AI Engineer with strong experience in Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and building enterprise-grade AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and agent-based workflows.

Our client is building a Copilot Agent Factory to design, develop, and scale AI-powered solutions that enhance productivity and decision-making across business functions. They are seeking a hands-on AI specialist to deliver real-world, scalable solutions and drive adoption of Generative AI across the organization.

The details of this AI Engineer role include:

Rate: To be discussed
Location: Europe (Remote with occasional travel)
Start date: ASAP
Duration: Initial 12 months + extensions

AI Engineer Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI
• Strong understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience with prompt engineering and building AI agents / agentic workflows
• Proven experience designing and developing enterprise AI solutions
• Experience with API integrations and system integrations
• Knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem (M365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform)
• Experience with workflow orchestration and automation (e.g. Power Automate)
• Basic development skills in Python or JavaScript
• Experience implementing Responsible AI and AI governance practices
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions
• Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience integrating AI into business processes and internal tools
• Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise systems is a plus
• Fluent in English
