Overview

We are seeking an experienced Resident Engineer (Senior Network Engineer) to join a long-term strategic infrastructure programme in Finland. The successful consultant will be embedded onsite within a highly secure customer environment, providing technical expertise, operational support, and engineering guidance across enterprise and service provider networking domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Resident Engineer within the customer environment.
• Provide technical support and engineering expertise across the network infrastructure.
• Work closely with customer stakeholders and operational teams.
• Support ongoing network operations and engineering activities.
• Assist with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and technical escalations.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations where required.
• Participate in customer-facing discussions and service delivery activities.

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory

• Ability to work onsite in Finland on a full-time basis.
• Strong networking background with customer-facing experience.
• Cisco technology experience.

Highly Desirable

• Existing Finnish security clearance (SUPO or equivalent).
• Experience working within secure or regulated environments.
• Highly certified candidates
