• Strong Kubernetes, containerization, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation (Ansible/Terraform) expertise required
• Deep technical coverage of Linux, networking, databases, and messaging systems
• Strong emphasis on DevSecOps, security, compliance, and high availability systems
• Hands-on role involving both operations support and platform engineering improvements
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field

Job Description

• Operate and maintain a production-grade financial platform based on distributed ledger technology
• Manage daily IT operations including monitoring, incident handling, change management, and security operations
• Design, build, and maintain highly available and secure infrastructure environments
• Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Coordinate software releases across distributed network nodes
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve production incidents
• Develop and maintain platform components where needed
• Work with external partners to enhance system architecture and integrations
• Participate in security audits, threat modelling, vulnerability assessments, and penetration tests
• Support disaster recovery testing and business continuity processes
• Maintain documentation for systems, operations, and platform components
• Contribute to observability systems (logging, monitoring, analytics)
• Participate in on-call rotation for production support

Ideal Profile

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles
• Strong Linux/Unix administration experience in production environments
• Strong Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm experience
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows (GitOps preferred)
• Strong infrastructure automation skills (Ansible, Terraform)
• Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, load balancers, proxies)
• Strong security knowledge (TLS, PKI, certificates, VPNs, OIDC, HSMs, vulnerability management)
• PostgreSQL administration experience with HA and backup/restore strategies
• Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, etc.)
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Shell)
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
• Experience operating JVM-based applications (build, deploy, tune, monitor)
• Experience with incident management and production support/on-call rotations
• Understanding of regulated environments (SOC2, ISO27001) is a plus
• Cloud experience (Azure preferred) is a plus
• OpenShift or ArgoCD experience is a plus
• Strong communication and coordination skills across teams and vendors
• Security-first and DevSecOps mindset with focus on production resilience
