Role: Solutions Designer (Data)

Location: Sydney / Melbourne

Fulltime (Permanent)

Job Description:

• Extensive experience in advanced data platforms hosted on cloud and experience as a Data Solution Designer focused on solution design and advising on a diverse set of strategic and operational issues.
• Experience in building advanced data and analytics solutions including data integration, data migration, data profiling, metadata management, Data quality, Data security, Data Governance.
• Prior experience working with Databricks or another similar data platform.
• Experience in designing solutions using Amazon AWS services such as EC2, S3, Cloud Watch, IAM, Athena, Crawlers, Lambda Function.
• Expertise in designing multiple framework-based metadata driven solutions.
• Experience in batch and real time solution design using native AWS services and Kafka.
• Demonstrated experience in successful delivery of a large, complex program of work.
• An extensive understanding of the Information and Technology industry, as well as technology trends and next practice.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships across business and technology teams.
• Experience in working in a competitive, fast paced industry.
