Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI Products) | Dublin (Remote in Ireland only)


We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who is excited about building products powered by modern AI tools and a feckin unbelievable group of colleagues to help build these products.


This role sits at the intersection of software engineering and AI. You'll be designing and building customer-facing applications, internal tools and intelligent workflows that leverage LLMs, automation and emerging AI capabilities.


We're not looking for a machine learning researcher. We're looking for a strong engineer who loves building products, enjoys working across the stack and is excited about applying AI to solve real-world business problems.

What you'll be doing

  • Building and maintaining full stack applications using React, TypeScript and Node.js and some Python.
  • Developing backend services, APIs and integrations using Node.js and Python
  • Designing and implementing AI-powered features using modern LLMs and AI platforms
  • Building internal tools, automations and workflows that improve productivity and efficiency
  • Working with cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP
  • Collaborating with product, design and engineering teams to deliver new features from concept to production
  • Evaluating emerging AI tools and identifying opportunities to create business value
  • Helping establish engineering best practices around architecture, testing, scalability and maintainability
  • Contributing to technical decision-making and influencing the direction of AI-enabled products

What we're looking for

  • Strong commercial experience building modern web applications
  • Excellent TypeScript and JavaScript skills
  • Experience with React and Node.js in production environments
  • Experience building backend services and APIs
  • Good Python skills and an interest in AI tooling and automation
  • Experience working with AWS and/or GCP
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable system design
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs and services
  • A product mindset and a passion for building solutions that deliver measurable impact

Nice to have

  • Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or other LLM providers
  • Experience building AI copilots, agents, RAG solutions or workflow automation tools
  • Familiarity with vector databases and AI orchestration frameworks
  • Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code and modern DevOps practices
  • Previous experience mentoring engineers or leading technical projects
