HR Coordinator

Barden
Ireland · Full-time · Associate

Barden are delighted to be working exclusively with our client who are looking to appoint an HR Administrator / HR Coordinator to join their team.

If you're early in your HR career this is well worth a conversation.

The HR Manager you'd be reporting into is an experienced, hands-on people professional who is genuinely invested in developing whoever steps into this role. Attitude and enthusiasm for HR matter here as much as experience.

You'll be supporting the full range of HR activity on site, from onboarding and contracts through to employee relations, HR systems and learning and development.

It's a varied, process-driven role where your attention to detail, discretion and organisational skills will really come into their own.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Preparing and issuing employment contracts and onboarding documentation
  • Processing changes to employee terms and conditions - promotions, transfers and contract amendments
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring HR systems are kept up to date
  • Managing employee requests including employment letters, social welfare forms and references
  • Supporting induction and onboarding processes
  • Assisting with HR investigations, performance reviews and disciplinary processes

ABOUT THE PERSON:

  • A minimum of two years experience in an HR environment is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Ideally a degree or qualification in HR, Business, or a related discipline, though not essential- open to those who have built their knowledge and interest in HR through hands-on experience
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a busy environment
  • A genuine interest in developing a career in HR
  • Knowledge of Irish employment law would be an advantage

This is a fully onsite role within a large, well-established international organisation where there is real scope to grow and develop your HR career in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

If this sounds like it could be the right next step for you, feel free to reach out for a confidential conversation. [email protected]
