What you'll be doing:

• Managing and maintaining HR systems and employee data
• Supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Producing HR reports and supporting process improvements
• Coordinating employee lifecycle administration
• Assisting with payroll-related activities and HR compliance
• Supporting employee engagement initiatives and HR projects

What we're looking for:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Confidence working with systems, data, and technology
• Experience in administration, HR, recruitment, or a similar environment is advantageous
• A proactive attitude and genuine interest in developing a career in HR
• Prior experience in a HRIS systems focused role is essential
