The Rol

• e :Serving as a trusted internal resource and key legal advi
• sorLiaising with a variety of key stakehold
• ersManaging the drafting and negotiation of a variety of service agreements with clients, and related provider agreements with third party banks that underpin the bank's custody service offeri
• ng.Working collaboratively, seeking guidance and input from colleagues throughout the organization to ensure solutions align to global legal strategi
• es.Partnering with colleagues who also serve in an advisory or oversight capacity, such as those in Risk, Audit, Compliance, e
