Mobile Application Developer

We're looking for a Mobile Application Developer (React Native, iOS) to join our Entertech team in Riga and help shape a product that brings together social networking, talent discovery, messaging, search, subscriptions, analytics, and engagement tools into a single ecosystem.

This role is for an engineer who sees a mobile application as a product to own and continuously improve, not just a codebase to maintain.

About the Product

Entertech is building a platform where performers, creators, and industry professionals can discover casting opportunities, showcase their talent, connect with industry experts, and grow their careers.

The product combines elements of social networking, talent marketplaces, search and discovery, messaging, subscriptions, and user engagement. You'll work across multiple business domains and have a direct impact on how users experience and interact with the platform.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain our React Native mobile application (iOS).
• Design scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Marketing, Backend, and Infrastructure teams.
• Contribute to architecture and technical decision-making.
• Publish, maintain, and improve releases in the Apple App Store.
• Translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Use modern AI-powered development tools as part of your daily workflow to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and solve problems more efficiently.
• Take ownership of features from concept to release and beyond.
• Help shape the future of the product, not just implement tickets.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience with React Native.
• Strong TypeScript skills.
• Experience with Redux Toolkit.
• Proven experience publishing and maintaining applications in the Apple App Store.
• Solid understanding of mobile application architecture and best practices.
• Product-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to understand, challenge, and refine requirements when needed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

We don’t want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then the compensation for this position starts from 4000 EUR gross per month.
