Junior IT Administrator Baltics

Your Responsibilities

  • Identifying, analyzing, and resolving hardware and software issues within second-line support, with occasional first-line support tasks,
  • Ensuring availability, stability, and security of local systems, and network infrastructure (network managed externally),
  • Administering SMB shares, MFP printers, workstations, laptops, and mobile devices,
  • Using and maintaining the ticketing system, asset inventory, and internal IT tools,
  • Supporting users with software installation and application configuration,
  • Participating in international IT projects.

Our Requirements

  • Technical secondary education or ongoing higher education (IT, electronics, telecommunications, or related fields preferred)
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage
  • Experience in administering Windows servers, and Windows 10 / Microsoft 365 clients
  • Understanding of network environments and protocols
  • Very good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Fluent Russian language skills required
  • Teamwork skills, proactivity, and willingness to learn

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting
  • Basic network administration skills
  • Familiarity with Linux systems
  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS / Azure)
