YOUR FUNCTIONS:

• Build business applications and automations using the Microsoft Power Platform
• Develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Hub, including sales processes, pipelines, forecasting, and automations
• Customize and enhance Project Operations workflows, resource management, approvals, and billing processes
• Build and optimize Customer Insights journeys, segments, triggers, and customer data models
• Create and maintain Power Automate flows, Dataverse integrations, and custom connectors
• Manage solution deployments, environment promotion, and ALM processes in Azure DevOps
• Provide technical expertise, documentation, code reviews, and 3rd-level CRM support

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales Hub configuration and customization
• Experience with Project Operations and Customer Insights
• Strong knowledge of C# plugins, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript for form and client-side development
• Understanding of solution management and Azure DevOps ALM processes
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders across different departments and driving improvements
• Microsoft certifications such as MB-910, MB-210, or PL-400 are an advantage
• Experience with PCF control development is a plus
• Knowledge of Azure Integration Services (API Management, Service Bus) is beneficial
• Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboards is considered an advantage
