Digital Designer

The role This is a broad design role, not a narrow one. You take client brand systems and bring them to life across web, content and campaigns, working from guidelines in Figma and building in a modern CMS. You care about craft, you move fast, and you treat AI as part of how the work gets done.

What you will do

• Bring client brand systems to life across web, content and campaigns
• Build and manage web pages in a modern CMS.
• Turn Figma designs and guidelines into clean, on brand work
• Keep quality and consistency high across everything that ships
• Work with the end client’s team on briefs and handoff
• Use AI to work faster and push quality further

What you bring

• A sharp design eye and real respect for craft
• Comfort moving across brand, web and content design
• Experience working from Figma files and design systems
• Hands on with a CMS, or quick to learn one
• A natural pull toward AI tools and new ways of working
• Working level English; DACH or German a plus

What we offer

• 2 000 to 2 600 EUR gross, depending on experience
