Our Trading team builds and develops important applications that support trading services used by our Baltic clients. We work in an environment where attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving matter a lot - but just as important is how we support each other and work as a team.

Your day-to-day:

• Talk to stakeholders, understand their needs, and turn insights into clear requirements
• Work closely with software developers to ensure smooth delivery and quality
• Investigate and resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Think end-to-end about solutions by preparing and executing test scenarios to ensure everything works as expected
• Create and maintain documentation (processes, procedures, training materials)
• Work in a highly autonomous team - owning scope, planning, and delivery
  
  

Your skills and experience:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Manage your time well and can effectively prioritize your workload
• Ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks independently
• Fluent Latvian and English
• A proactive, positive, can-do mindset
  
  

Nice to have:

• Experience in business analysis, product development
• Experience in quality assurance (QA) (e.g., defining test scenarios, executing)
• Knowledge of investment products and financial markets
