Junior Finance Specialist

Revpanda Group is looking for a Junior Finance Specialist to support multi-entity financial operations, reporting, and audits. This role is perfect for early-career professionals with an accounting or finance background and at least 1 year of experience, eager to gain further experience in financial reporting, crypto transactions, and international operations.

Responsibilities:

• Review client accounts and ensure all financial information is accurate and up to date
• Support audit processes in Latvia by preparing and providing required financial documents and information
• Issue invoices based on internal data and partner account reports
• Record and classify bank transactions to maintain accurate records
• Support bookkeeping and financial documentation
• Prepare financial reports based on management requests
• Learn about cryptocurrency transactions and review cryptocurrency-related transactions, where applicable

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping roles
• Professional proficiency in English and Latvian
• Familiarity with accounting/finance software (1C, Tilde Jumis, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information professionally
• Interest in learning about cryptocurrency transactions
