Project Manager (Marketing Execution Services)

You'll be the person clients call when they need things done right.

Based in Vilnius, you'll lead print and retail communication projects for international brands - coordinating between clients, suppliers, and our teams in Riga and Warsaw. It's hands-on, international, and no two days look the same.

We are Altavia Baltics, part of Altavia Group, operating in 45 countries worldwide. Our regional hubs in Riga and Warsaw work closely together to deliver high-quality solutions in print, POS, and retail communication for global and local brands.

Hybrid work model (based in Vilnius, Lithuania)

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the main point of contact for clients. Building relationships, understanding their goals, and making sure projects move forward smoothly from brief to delivery.

On a daily basis, you will:

• Own client relationships — be proactive, reliable, and easy to work with
• Lead projects end-to-end: from briefing, through production coordination, to final delivery
• Coordinate with suppliers and production partners to ensure quality, timing, and cost-efficiency
• Connect the dots between clients, suppliers, and our teams in Riga and Warsaw
• Spot problems early and find solutions before they become issues
• Prepare offers, quotations, and project documentation
  
  

What we're looking for:

• Experience in project management, client service, or print production (3+ years)
• Strong communication skills and confidence managing multiple projects at once
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English - other languages (Latvian, Polish) are a real plus
• Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Proactive mindset - you keep things moving even when it gets complicated
• Good command of Excel and PowerPoint
  
  

Knowledge of print production and retail communication is a strong advantage, but not a dealbreaker - we'll support your development.
