We are looking for a skilled Network Administrator to join one of Europe’s largest and fastest-growing digital consumer lending companies. In this role, you will take ownership of a high-traffic enterprise network spanning both complex on-premises infrastructure and cloud environments. Working cross-functionally with Development, Security, and Engineering teams, you will ensure maximum network resilience, scalability, and security.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing, maintaining, and upgrading critical corporate network infrastructure across multi-site environments.
• Proactively monitoring network performance, identifying vulnerabilities, and executing fast-response troubleshooting & packet analysis.
• Designing and implementing robust high-availability, backup, and failover solutions.
• Configuring and maintaining enterprise-grade network equipment (Fortigate, Aruba).
• Collaborating closely with the Information Security team to enhance infrastructure defenses, support audits, and enforce compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven, hands-on experience managing network infrastructure with Fortigate and Aruba systems.
• Strong knowledge of core networking services (DNS, DHCP) and protocols (IP, TCP/UDP, IPSec, BGP, RADIUS / IEEE 802.1X).
• Practical experience managing network components within cloud platforms, primarily AWS.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both English and Latvian (must-have).
• Strong network troubleshooting, debugging, and packet analysis skills.
• EU Citizenship or an active, valid right to work in Latvia.
