We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Sales team and help us expand our presence in the LATAM market. This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship-driven sales professional with experience in enterprise sales and a strong ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

In This Position You Will
- Qualifying inbound registrations and building outbound pipeline
- Represent IPXO at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, generating leads and building brand presence
- Proactively identify and target mid-market and enterprise prospects across relevant verticals (telecoms, ISPs, cloud providers, hosting companies, and similar)
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline through cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) and strategic networking
- Own the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and discovery through scoping, negotiation, and contract close
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, legal) to tailor solutions to prospect needs
- Accurately forecast pipeline activity and maintain CRM hygiene
- Timezone difference - working from Lithuania and focusing on South America market
- Inbound+Outbound focused position
- Staying focused through a complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycle
- Build relationship with C-Suite persona
- Proficiency in English and Spanish or Portuguese
- Degree in business management or related field
- Proven experience in Enterprise Sales selling SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS solutions
- Ability to pinpoint client pain points and accurately assess the transactional value for both the company and client
- Excellent communication/presentation/negotiation skills to C-Suite and decision-makers and the ability to build relationships within organizations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Hands-on experience with CRM software
- Ability to quickly learn new technology and processes and interest in technology feel in general
- Analytical mind with creative problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented approach
