GROSS SALARY
From 4000 EUR/month. Salary offers are based on the candidate's experience. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.

What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with company managers and provide trusted HR guidance aligned with business goals
- Support managers in navigating team dynamics, performance topics, organisational changes, and day-to-day people challenges
- Build strong relationships across the business while maintaining professionalism, objectivity, and trust
- Facilitate difficult conversations and help resolve conflicts in a balanced and constructive way
- Contribute to core HR processes, including performance management, employee relations, career development, and organisational planning
- Spot team dynamics, people risks, and opportunities early, and work with managers to address them proactively
- Drive or support HR initiatives that strengthen employee experience, team effectiveness, and organisational health
- Use data, insights, and business context to support decision-making and recommend practical solutions
- Contribute to shaping HR practices, processes, and ways of working as the company grows
- Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar senior HR role
- Strong track record of partnering with senior stakeholders and leaders
- High emotional intelligence, maturity, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and good judgment
- Ability to build trusted relationships while maintaining objectivity and healthy professional boundaries
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
- Broad understanding of key HR areas, such as employee relations, performance management, organisational development, recruitment, or HR operations
- Experience leading or contributing to HR initiatives and cross-functional projects
- Ability to adapt your approach to different people, situations, and business needs
- Experience working in a fast-paced or growing organisation
