What you'll do

• Advise internal colleagues on everyday GDPR compliance and data protection questions
• Maintain and systematically update the Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) for all business processes
• Review existing operations to identify risks and suggest privacy improvements
• Draft and implement data protection policies and procedures in line with group standards
• Conduct annual privacy training and promote data protection awareness among employees
• Manage and resolve data privacy breaches or incidents when they occur

About you

• University degree in law and excellent knowledge of GDPR
• Experience in the field of personal data protection
• Strategic and analytical thinking, strong time and task management skills, and initiative
• Ability to organize work independently, work in a team, and balance differing interests
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English, with knowledge of German being an advantage
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools

Monthly salary range (before taxes): 3400 - 3650 €
