Citadele Marketing and Corporate Communications team is looking for a talented and enthusiastic team member to lead and develop the marketing and communication projects. GET READY TO:

• Lead marketing initiatives for business (B2B) products and services in the Lithuanian market, from planning to execution
• Own and grow social media channels, including content planning, campaign management, and performance tracking
• Lead and perform digital marketing activities through various channels to increase brand awareness and market share
• Work with in-house and external designers, web specialists, creative, production, and media agencies to create amazing solutions to ensure success of marketing initiatives
• Keep track of relevant KPIs and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns
• Keep abreast of digital media trends and best practices

YOUR PROFILE:

• Experience in marketing for at least 2 years
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent Lithuanian and fluent English language skills (both verbal and in written - everyday work language)
• Team-player mindset to fit in a dynamic 20+ employee Marketing and corporate communications team
• Agency background and a degree in marketing or communication will be considered an advantage
