Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain modern user interfaces for web applications, digital platforms, and enterprise portals.
• Contribute to the full front-end development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Build scalable, reusable, and high-performance front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
• Develop and integrate custom user interface components within enterprise collaboration and content management platforms.
• Ensure compliance with UX, accessibility, responsiveness, and web development best practices.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, designers, and development teams to deliver user-centric solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing activities, performance optimization, and application maintenance.
• Support the integration of front-end solutions with enterprise digital workplace services and cloud-based collaboration tools.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, UX/UI Design, Web Technologies, or a related discipline.
• Alternatively, significant professional experience demonstrating an equivalent level of expertise may be considered.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in front-end development for web applications, portals, or digital platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with modern front-end technologies, including React and related ecosystems.
• Proven experience designing and implementing custom front-end components within enterprise collaboration platforms and content management environments.
• Solid understanding of cloud-based productivity and collaboration ecosystems and their integration capabilities.
• Experience delivering intranet, extranet, employee portal, or other enterprise digital workplace solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
