JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Tech Lead .Net. for one of our clients in Luxembourg, you will lead application projects technically and guide a small team of .Net engineers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain backend solutions based on the .Net ecosystem (C#, .Net Core / .Net).
- Define the application architecture, propose suitable patterns (DDD, Clean Architecture, CQRS, etc.), and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Technically lead and coach a development team: code reviews, skills development, and follow-up on deliverables.
- Work closely with Product Owners, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure the quality, maintainability, and reliability of releases.
- Participate in defining technical specifications and assessing estimates, risks, and technical dependencies.
- Set up and improve continuous integration and continuous delivery processes, as well as automation pipelines (CI/CD).
- Ensure performance, security, and scalability of services (monitoring, tracing, performance optimization).
- Contribute to the selection of technologies, libraries, and tools, and lead industrialization and automation initiatives.
- Participate in technical reviews and arbitrate implementation choices in line with the product and technical strategy.
YOUR PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience in backend development, including at least 2 years in a technical lead or architect role.
- Expertise in C# and the .Net ecosystem (.Net Core / .Net 6+), with knowledge of web frameworks (ASP.NET Core).
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL, as well as query optimization.
- Strong knowledge of automated testing practices (unit, integration) and experience with code reviews.
- Knowledge of DevOps principles and experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
- Ability to design robust, scalable architectures, strong analytical skills, and experience solving complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork mindset, and experience collaborating with international or cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with microservice architectures, Kafka or RabbitMQ, gRPC or RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and managed services (App Services, Functions, AKS, etc.).
- Experience in application security and implementing authentication/authorization policies (OAuth2, OpenID Connect).
- Interest in observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and resilience in distributed systems.
LANGUAGES
- Fluent English and French required.
