Senior Manager – Data & AI Services

We’re currently looking for a Senior Manager to lead a growing Data & AI Services function within a high-performing, AI-driven environment based in Luxembourg.

This role sits at the intersection of:

• Data Leadership
• AI & Analytics
• Commercial Delivery
• Stakeholder Management
• Modern Data Platforms

You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team consisting of Data Scientists, BI Engineers, Analysts and Data-focused delivery specialists whilst helping shape the wider direction of the function.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience leading Data, BI or Analytics teams

• Strong understanding of modern data platforms and AI-enabled delivery environments

• Experience across SQL, Python, AWS, BI tooling and cloud analytics ecosystems

• Strong stakeholder management and commercial communication skills

• Ability to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders

• Experience delivering data-driven products, insights or operational analytics solutions

• Experience working within retail, eCommerce, customer analytics or digital environments beneficial

Desired (not essential):

• Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) exposure

• Retail media or marketing analytics experience

• GenAI / AI-enabled analytics products
