Responsibilities

• Coordinate sprints and daily stand-up meetings.
• Improve the team's Agile maturity and promote continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards.
• Motivate, mentor, and maintain a positive team dynamic.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and handle new requests in line with changing project requirements.
• Guide the team through adjustments and improvements to optimize performance.
• A good understanding of other Agile methodologies is an advantage.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.
