Job Mode: Hybrid - 3 days onsite and 2 days remote in a week

DUTCH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY IS MANDATORY FOR THIS PROJECT

Role: As a Lead Scrum Master, you are responsible for coordinating projects and leading teams within an Agile environment, will take responsibility of delivering projects on time and to the highest quality.

Responsibilities:

Team Coordination:

• Plan, organize, and lead team meetings to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Track team progress and report regularly to management.
• Motivate and inspire team members to achieve set goals and meet deadlines.
• Ensure team members have the necessary resources and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Train new team members and coach existing ones to improve performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement new strategies to enhance team performance.
• Ensure all team members adhere to company guidelines and procedures.

Other Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sprints and daily stand-ups.
• Enhance the team's Agile skills and foster continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.
• Ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards.
• Motivate and guide the team while fostering a positive team dynamic.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and handle new requests to meet changing project requirements.
• Guide the team in implementing adjustments to optimize performance.
