The new GBS office in Lithuania will serve as a central hub for activities across finance, IT, HR, and procurement – all aimed at streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency within Johnson Matthey. 


Job description: 


As the Senior Cyber Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects to provide IT infrastructure and engineering capabilities across global JM sites. The Senior Project Manager will be accountable to deliver project(s) potentially across multiple areas of the business and potentially multiple projects concurrently.

The role will lead projects across the Infrastructure, Cyber and Business-Led portfolios. Involved in aspects of supporting a project(s) by providing cross project view on risk, change, quality, finance, or configuration management leveraging tools and/or bespoke methods.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the project teams, and ensure that all project documentation, including management and delivery plans, reports, logs, and service introduction material are developed, maintained, and adhered to by the team
  • Continuously collaborate with cross-functional project teams to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of projects 
  • Accountable for all stages of successful project delivery, delivery to defined scope, budget and timescales
  • Ensuring that the scope and design of each project is managed with business cases created and submitted in a timely manner for approval
  • Effectively lead activities across project(s) with overlapping schedules
  • Ensuring projects include an emphasis on Service Transition to ensure the successful deployment into the IT landscape and handover to BAU support teams


Requirements

  • 8+ years of global Cyber Security project management with budgets up to 2.5m per annum;
  • Experience in managing a large portfolio of projects, project managers, and project teams within the Security domains;
  • Project / Project Management Qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM or PMI);
  • Experience of managing project financials and realising benefits to business areas;
  • Service Transition management.

Monthly Salary: 

4200 - 7790 EUR depending on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
