Requirements Solid experience in backend system development using Java 8 or later with Spring Boot Experience with microservices architecture Experience with relational and non-relational databases Experience with GitFlow or other forms of code branching Accustomed to developing using Clean Code practices Comfortable with documentation in English Experience with technical solution documentation Knowledge of Agile methodology Soft skills: Soft skills: Languages: Portuguese and English Participate in meetings with the business team, analyzing functional and non-functional requirements and focusing on creating an excellent customer experience Translate business requirements into technical requirements Be a team player and proactive Communicate clearly and be able to explain concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing Be self-motivated and self-reliant
