Mobile Tech lead

We're looking for a Senior Flutter Engineer / Mobile Architect to join a long-term digital transformation programme within the HVAC industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the design and development of cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
• Drive technical architecture and delivery across mobile projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-quality solutions
• Mentor engineers and promote development best practices
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and mobile testing strategies
• Work on connected technologies including BLE and NFC integrations

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in mobile development and architecture
• Strong commercial experience with Flutter
• Experience with native iOS and Android technologies
• Knowledge of Flutter testing frameworks and CI/CD workflows
• Exposure to BLE and NFC technologies
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English
