We are looking for an experienced DevSecOps Developer to join our Cloud Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing the cloud development tools and environments used across the organization. You will work closely with developers, architects, and operations teams to improve developer experience, automate processes, and ensure secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, reusable, and scalable solutions.
• Contribute to code quality through peer reviews, testing, and adherence to development best practices.
• Implement unit and integration tests to improve reliability and deployment confidence.
• Identify opportunities to optimize existing services and development processes.

Automation & DevOps

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
• Develop automation solutions to streamline deployment, configuration, monitoring, and operational tasks.
• Manage and evolve Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and AWS CDK.
• Support the continuous improvement of cloud-based development environments.

Security & DevSecOps

• Apply security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Promote secure coding standards and contribute to security-focused automation.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with organizational security requirements.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, system administrators, platform engineers, and software developers.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Share knowledge and contribute to the continuous growth of the team's technical expertise.

Documentation

• Produce and maintain clear technical documentation for code, infrastructure, processes, and configurations.
• Support knowledge transfer and ensure solutions remain maintainable over time.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• AWS certifications are highly valued.
• Advanced development skills in Python, TypeScript, and Git.
• Experience building and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or AWS CDK.
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps practices and IT security principles.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Familiarity with service management frameworks such as ITIL.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
