Your impact:
- Lead and coordinate transformation and consulting initiatives across multiple business areas.
- Support the definition and implementation of target operating models, ensuring alignment between business objectives and operational processes.
- Map, analyze, and document existing processes to identify optimization opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Drive process implementation activities, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are achieved.
- Prepare project governance materials, status reports, executive presentations, and steering committee documentation.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with business stakeholders to gather requirements, align expectations, and support decision-making.
- Contribute to change management initiatives, helping teams adapt to new processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery of transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the establishment of project methodologies, governance frameworks, and best practices.

- Previous experience in Project Management, Business Transformation, Consulting, or Process Improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of process mapping, operational models, and organizational transformation projects.
- Experience managing stakeholders across different business functions and levels of seniority.
- Ability to monitor project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint for executive presentations and project communication.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills using Excel.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies is highly valued.
- Experience working in international and fast-paced environments is a plus.

Degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
