Your Mission Will Be

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable analytical data models and curated datasets that support reporting and self-service analytics;
• Transform complex business requirements into reliable metrics, KPIs, and analytics-ready data structures;
• Build and optimize data transformation pipelines using Spark and Delta Lake within a modern lakehouse environment;
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability through validation, monitoring, and root-cause analysis of data issues;
• Collaborate with BI and business stakeholders to streamline reporting solutions and improve data-driven decision-making.
  
  

You Will Need

• 3+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or Business Intelligence delivering production-grade analytical solutions;
• Strong expertise in SQL, including CTEs, window functions, query optimization, and reusable transformation frameworks;
• Hands-on experience with dimensional modeling concepts such as star schemas, fact tables, conformed dimensions, and SCD Type 1/2;
• Practical knowledge of Spark, Delta Lake, and lakehouse architectures, including performance optimization techniques;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.
  
  

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Experience designing semantic models and supporting Power BI reporting environments;
• Knowledge of data governance, access control principles, and secure handling of sensitive or confidential information;
• Experience implementing data quality frameworks, observability practices, and reconciliation processes;
• Strong understanding of KPI design, business metrics, and analytical best practices;
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
