What You’ll Be Doing

As a Quant dev in our Defi team you‘ll be joining and shaping the future of our Defi efforts. You will be responsible for designing and developing our trading algorithms and improving our software stack for trading in various Defi venues. The right candidate for this role will be comfortable working autonomously, making decisions, and working in a fast-paced, flat team structure.

Your main responsibilities:

• Collaborate on developing our highly competitive trading algorithm and platform.
• Design and implement state-of-the-art, industry-leading trade execution and connectivity solutions
• Research and analysis of Defi protocols using on chain data and trading strategies.
• Stay on top of updates to Defi protocols.
  
  
  

Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Must haves:
• Proficiency in applied mathematics, statistics, numerical modeling
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency.
• Proficiency in one more blockchain-related programming languages such as golang, rust, solidity, move etc.
• Comfortable in a Linux R&D environment, incl. git and related tools
• Ability to research independently.
• Proficiency in English
  
• Nice to haves
• Experience in blockchain analytics, DeFi protocols, MEV
• In-depth knowledge of concrete blockchains on conceptual and/or programming level
• Hands-on programming experience in a quantitative trading environment
• Deep understanding of the EVM, and/or the technical underpinnings of other blockchain ecosystems
• Smart contract design and development
• Experience with cryptography libraries, digital signature, hash algorithms

• Note that this is an onsite role, with some but limited flexibility for working from home
