HR Generalist (100%) β Industrial Environment

We are partnering with an international industrial organisation to appoint a HR Generalist (100%) to take ownership of operational HR processes while contributing to the development of modern, efficient HR structures.
This role sits in a dynamic production environment with innovative technologies and offers strong exposure across the full employee lifecycle.
You will act as a key point of contact for employees and managers while ensuring smooth execution of HR operations, payroll coordination, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage the full HR employee lifecycle (contracts, onboarding to exit)
- Act as first point of contact for employees and managers on HR matters
- Support day-to-day operational HR processes
Payroll & Time Management
- Support accurate and timely payroll processing
- Manage time tracking systems and absence monitoring
- Conduct payroll-related reconciliations and reporting
HR Administration & Compliance
- Coordinate with external institutions (insurance, authorities, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with labour law and internal HR standards
- Maintain accurate HR data and documentation
HR Development & Projects
- Contribute to HR process improvement and efficiency initiatives
- Support internal HR projects focused on quality and optimisation
- Assist in training and supporting apprentices/trainees
Candidate Profile
- Completed commercial training with HR further education
- Several years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in an industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of payroll, social insurance, and labour law
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (asset)
- Structured, precise, and independent working style
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of empathy and service orientation
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Interest in process improvement and organisational development
