UI/UX & Front End Developer

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer/Developer to join our team!

Overall Objective of the Role

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer/Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to design and develop engaging web and native mobile applications. Strong expertise in CSS, JavaScript, UI layout, and mobile design is essential. Any back-end experience or knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like React and/or Angular is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile apps (iOS & Android).
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Develop responsive UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ensure well-structured UI layouts and consistent design patterns.
• Work with key stakeholders to understand and create Customer Journey Maps to inform thoughtful role-based UX design choices.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate front-end elements with APIs.
• Ensure consistency and high quality across all digital platforms.

Requirements

Must have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• 5+ years of hands-on UI/UX design and development experience.
• Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, CSS, JavaScript, UI layout, and mobile app design.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of React and/or Angular.
• Back-end experience (REST APIs).
• Experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
