Position Summary
The purpose is to offer support for performance & reward duties regarding all employee administration activities carried out by the Samsung Electronics Romania People Team. The purpose is to offer support for performance & reward duties regarding all employee administration activities carried out by the Samsung Electronics Romania People Team. This program requires strong interpersonal skills, an ability to understand the organization, and a passion for helping others to succeed.
Role And Responsibilities
- Provides assistance to the Samsung People Team (Human Resources Department) in relations with employees;
- Drafts internal documents and reports necessary for the activities of the HR department;
- Enters data and records employee contracts with national and international partners and authorities.
- Participating with ideas and assisting in onboarding program and perform new employees orientation;
- Keeping up to date training system;
- Monitoring learning activities, assessing progress and providing feedback;
- Support employee satisfaction surveys along the process.
Position Requirements:
- Currently undergoing studies or recent graduate of economics, statistics or similar
- Experience working with MS Office: MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint as a minimum;
- High level of proficiency in English
- Adaptability, ability to work in a multinational environment
