Scrum Master (m/w/d)

Ekkiden ist eine in 2019 gegründete internationale Beratungsgruppe: sie vereint ein Ökosystem leidenschaftlicher und engagierter Beraterinnen und Berater, die Transformationsprojekte in den Bereichen Organisation, Operations und Technologie durchführen, insbesondere in IT/Digital, Industrie/F&E sowie Nachhaltigkeit, für Großunternehmen und KMU in Frankreich, der Schweiz, Spanien und Deutschland.

Tasks

• Supporting the team in becoming a collaboratively responsible top team.
• This includes facilitating Scrum events, facilitating the reflection of team processes for continuous improvement, and supporting the team in identifying and resolving impediments.
• Recruiting and onboarding of new team members.
• Organization of team reunions.
• Supporting the product owner in effectively managing the product backlog through support in refinements and other workshops. Supporting the whole organization in its ongoing transition-process and in deeper adoption of Scrum/Kanban and SAFe. This includes working with other Scrum
• Being the point of contact for the team on a wide range of issues, such as dealing with requests, sharing with other teams, finding solutions.
  
  

Must-Have-Criteria

• Certification and experience as Scrum Master
• Very good language skills in English (Level C1)
• IT affinity, especially in the area of DevOps
• Familiar with Agile collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Miro, MS Teams, Confluence)
• Communicative and open personality
• Independent and efficient way of working
• Leadership personality in the sense of a servant leader
• Willingness to travel (1-2 weeks per year)
  
  

Nice-to-have-Criteria

• SAFe or Kanban certification
• Language Skills in German, Russian, Spanish or Italian
