What Defines You

aEURcCurrently enrolled in the first year of a Bachelor's degree program, regardless of field of study;

aEURcBasic familiarity with computer hardware and operating systems is considered an advantage, but is not required;

Skills

As a Junior IT Support Specialist at BDO you will develop the appropriate skills and knowledge for performing the following activities:

aEURcRespond to IT support tickets and assist colleagues in resolving technical issues;

aEURcConfigure and prepare new laptops for employees;

aEURcSet up and support corporate mobile devices (Android and iOS) for employees;

aEURcCreate and manage user accounts and access permissions;

aEURcInstall software applications and prepare equipments for new hires;

aEURcMaintain accurate records of IT assets and equipment inventory;

aEURcSupport the Chief Information Officer (CIO) in various internal IT projects and initiatives.
