We are currently looking for a DevOps / Platform Engineer to support the development and scaling of cloud-based infrastructure and enable multiple development teams by providing reliable DevOps platforms and tooling.

The platform includes cloud-native environments, Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and shared services used across multiple teams working on healthcare-related solutions.

Your Role:

• Produce high-quality, reusable, and modular Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud platforms across environments (Azure).
• Support and enable multiple development teams by maintaining DevOps pipelines, infrastructure, and tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, and cloud environments.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Architects, and QA engineers to ensure smooth delivery processes.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving DevOps practices and standards.
• Actively participate in development activities and platform improvements.
• Contribute to environment standardization and infrastructure reuse (modules, templates, stacks).
• Participate in daily meetings, refinements, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Your Profile:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a DevOps / Platform Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform (IaC), including:
• state management
• modules
• backend configuration
• Solid experience with Kubernetes (production environments):
• troubleshooting (logs, kubectl, cluster diagnostics)
• understanding of pod lifecycle and probes
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure is a must, AWS is a plus).
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.
• Experience supporting multiple teams in a platform or DevOps support model.
• Understanding of infrastructure design principles:
• environment separation (prod/test)
• reusable components and modularization
• Experience working in collaborative environments (pair/mob programming).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in shared ownership models.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and improve processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
• English: Upper-intermediate and higher.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with Terragrunt or advanced Terraform structuring approaches.
• Experience building or maintaining DevOps platforms from scratch.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
• Basic understanding of LLM integration or cloud-based AI services.
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., medical/healthcare domain).
