Product Manager (Consideration Team)

What you’ll have to do:

• Own the product lifecycle for product page / cart & checkout / My account, across app and web.
• Define and drive the roadmap, ensuring focus on conversion goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and data to build and prioritize features.
• Use data and user feedback to refine features and deliver measurable improvements in app engagement.
• Partner with Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure updates drive value for both users and the business.
• Optimize performance at scale (load times, responsiveness) for millions of SKUs.
  
  

Success Metrics

• OKRs Ownership: Define and track quarterly OKRs in collaboration with the Product Director.
• Conversion & Funnel Optimization: Improve add-to-cart and purchase rates across the product flow (product page -> cart).
• Performance: Faster load times and reliable rendering at scale.
• Feature Adoption: Strong activation and retention of new features.
  
  

What makes you a good fit:

• You have experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role within an e-commerce, digital, or technology environment.
• Have experience with managing web and mobile software products.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of A/B testing.
• Able to translate business problems into quantitative analyses and produce useful insights.
• Have capability to understand technical matters.
• Passionate about creating products that solve customer pain points and enhance user experience.
• Able to empathize with users and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and usability.
• Have experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar for backlog management and sprint planning.
• Familiar with Figma, FigJam, Lovable.
